Cold Case Homicide

Virginia Beach Police need assistance in locating the man responsible for the murder of Anunciacion Imperial.

The slaying occurred between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m. February 22, 1990, in the Fil-Am Products store in the Providence Square Shopping Center, in the Kempsville section of the city.

The man is described as black, 30 to 45 years of age, 5 '10 " to 6' 2", with a thin muscular build and a weathered appearance. The man, i brown or tan uniform-type clothing, was seen throughout the day near the shopping center.
