Missing Person

Virginia Beach Police still need your help regarding the disappearance of 33 year old Elivd Rivera.

Elivd Rivera was last seen on May 4, 1995 when he took minimum clothes and left the residence. Contact was made with Mr. Rivera's family and friends, non of which have had contact with Mr. Rivera.

Mr. Rivera is described as a Hispanic male, black hair, dark brown eyes, black beard. He is 5' 7" and 225 lbs. Unknown clothing description at the time of his disappearance.
