Unsolved Homicide

On Thursday January 9, 1975 at approximately 7:20 pm a request for Police and Rescue to respond to the 800 block of Shurney Lane after a report of several gunshots were heard in the area. Upon arrival, Marshall Hamilton died from his injury. His body was transported to the State Medical Examiner's Office.

Several people were in the area when this murder occurred and may be able to provide information in this murder.

Marshall Hamilton was a 64 year old black male who was Septic Tank business owner and operator. He was 6' tall weighing 200 pounds, he had brown eyes and black and grey hair.
