Cold Case Homicide

On Sunday, March 7, 1993, at 5:50 p.m., Virginia Beach Police responded to the Wendy's Restaurant parking lot, located in the 100 block of South Independence Boulevard.

There, they discovered the body of 26 year old Harleen Singh lying in the backseat or her Honda Accord . Singh was pronounced dead as a result of a gunshot wound to the head.
