Cold Case Homicide

The January 25, 1985 murder of 20 year old Lisa Ann Jolley is still puzzling police.

When Joe Jolley of the 5600 block of Barnaby Court left home for work at about 7 a.m. January 25 his wife, Lisa, was still in bed. Jolley returned home about 5 p.m. and found his wife fully clothed and face-down in a filled bathtub. Autopsy report indicates she had been strangled and drowned.

No evidence of a break-in was found at the apartment. No witnesses of the murder have been located and Joe Jolley has been cleared of any wrongdoing.
