Aggravated Sexual Battery

On Thursday, June 21, 2007 at 11:45 a.m., an unknown adult male suspect approached a 9 year-old female within the Target store located at 525 First Colonial Road. He crouched down next to the victim, told her not to be afraid, and he reached under her skirt.

After the assault, the victim ran away and told her mother what happened. Target Security searched the store for the suspect. He was not located, but he was captured on surveillance video.

The suspect is described as a white male with a dark complexion in his mid 30’s to early 40’s. He is approximately 5’08” tall with a thin build. He has short brown hair and tattoos on at least one arm; possibly both. At the time of this offense he was wearing a white sleeveless muscle shirt, dark shorts, flip-flops, and a pair of sunglasses on top of his head.
