Cold Case Homicide

On Sunday, November 10, 1991, at approximately 7:45 p.m., police and rescue were called to Zero's Submarine Shop at 3760 Virginia Beach Boulevard in the Birchwood Shopping Center.

When officers arrived, they found the 22 year old assistant manager, Lee A. Navarro, shot in the chest. He was transported to a local hospital where he died.

The motive for the murder has not been determined.
