Wachovia Bank Robbed

 

On September 7, 2007 at 1135 am, two armed masked male suspects entered the Wachovia Bank located at 4287 Holland Road and immediately demanded that the employees and customers get on the ground. One suspect remained in the lobby while the second suspect jumped the counter and began demanding money from the tellers. The suspect received the money and fled the scene in a Grey 4-door Ford Taurus. Police units canvassing the area located the suspect vehicle and continued to canvassed the area, however it ended in negative results.

The suspects are described as follows:

Suspect 1:

White male: 5’8”-5’10”; 190-210 lbs; short hair, possibly shaven; mid 20’s-early 30’s. The suspect was wearing a black mask, black sunglasses, black gloves, white and blue colored ball cap which was covered with a black hood, black tennis, blue jeans, a black blazer or black leather jacket, white shirt and a light colored tie. This suspect was armed with a black handgun, possibly a 9mm or a 45.

Suspect 2:

Black male: 5’9”-6’; 185-195 lbs; early 30’s; unknown hair style. The suspect was wearing a brown colored mask, a black blazer or leather jacket, light colored ball cap, and dark clothing.
