Virginia Beach Crime Solvers Program Operates Exclusively on DonationsThere are no tax dollars used for this program. The Virginia Beach Police Department does provide two Police Detectives as coordinators for the program. Throughout the year, the Crime Solvers program has various fund raisers to help raise money to pay the rewards for the tips received. In the year 2005 alone, the program paid over $32,500 in rewards to anonymous people. As you can see, in order to keep this very successful program going, we need your help. What Crime Solvers Donations Do For YouVirginia Beach Crime Solvers is an effective way in both fighting crime and saving tax dollars. This program has proven itself time and again in reducing crime and improving our quality of life.
